LifeCare Rehabilitation Services offers public wellness memberships

Top-of-the-line fitness equipment is available for use by the public as well as LifeCare employees simply by purchasing a membership through LifeCare Rehabilitation Services.

Did you know LifeCare Rehabilitation Services offers wellness memberships to the community?
For only $27 a month, anyone 15 years of age or older may use the fitness equipment during regular business hours at LifeCare Rehabilitation Services in Roseau or Warroad.
Each location features top-of-the-line exercise and strength training equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights, and more plus wheelchair accessible equipment.
An orientation fee is required before a member may use the equipment at either location and personal training sessions are also available at an additional charge.
“A professional staff member can assist in setting up an independent exercise program for those who want to get the most from their workouts,” says Rehabilitation Intake Coordinator Stephanie Olson.
A membership to Rehabilitation Services is also a good way for LifeCare outpatients to continue their rehab, since for the same monthly fee they can fulfill their patient maintenance program in addition to regular exercise and strength training.
Another potential benefit to a LifeCare membership is insurance company or employers reimbursement.
“We encourage members to check with their insurance company or their employers since some of these may reimburse a portion of the fee,” Olson says.
LifeCare Rehabilitation Services is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
LifeCare Rehabilitation Services is located at 715 Delmore Drive in Roseau and 201 East Lake Street in Warroad.
A third location will open at LifeCare’s new Wellness Center at the Greenbush Medical Park, which is scheduled to break ground in September.
